All Jewelry order are generally delivered in 5 to 17 days depending on service selected.
We deliver goods by Local post, DHL and FedEx and DPD.

Where all do we deliver?
We deliver our products everywhere in the world. Your parcel will be delivered by local post/ DHL/ FEDEX/ UPS/ DPD. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code if available. Also, please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.
There are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.
Who will be responsible for Customs tax or clearance or any other taxes if any?
There will not be additonal customs tax in the USA, UK, France.
For other countries not mentioned above, it will be Buyer’s responsibility to pay custom duty, clearance fees or any other charges (if any) is applied in their country.
We will not be held responsible for any such taxes/ charges, but we may help you to get proper solution at easiest way. However, taxes needs to be paid by the importer.
Can i change the order/ address after placing the order?
We can try to make the change in the order/ address but its not a guaranteed service. We cannot assure you that change made after placing the order will be done. Also, delivery company may charge for making the change in the address which needs to be paid by the receiver.
